Dear Josephine, We really want to thank you and our driver, Franco, for an enjoyable amalfi coast drive. Even though our cruiseship was late getting into port, you had our driver there waiting for us, we can't thank you enough for that. Thank you Josephine and complimenti! My rides this April and May were one of the highlights of my trip. Mario drove me to Sorrento from Naples airport. I arrived on April 25, a national holiday that I was unaware of. Although it took us four hours to reach Sorrento, the trip was informative because Mario gave me the rundown on the whole area, politics included. It was quite an education. The trip didn't seem that long as a consequence because I was hanging on every word he said. He even corrected my Italian at one point!! On the proper use of the conditional. Now that is what I call extra service. And Domenico took me to the airport from Naples downtown on my way back. People had said that the ride through Naples traffic to the airport can be a problem but on the day that I left it was a breeze. And Domenico revealed to me all his plans to study English in Colorado. I shall certainly use this car company again. Josephine was always prompt and fun to talk with.

Thank you Josephine for the wonderful service your drivers provided on our trip to Italy last week. Our first driver was Mario in Naples. We toured the Amalfi coast and it was beautiful as always. Our highlight occurred when we told Mario that we loved pasta. He took us to a non-tourist, out of the way manufacturer that makes dry pasta the old fashioned way, by hand, rather than by machine. We bought 12 packages and it tastes great. Next we went to Rome. Our driver, Antonello, we rated a 10. His personality, knowledge, English, and love of his job was evident. We have been to Rome six times; but, Antonello told us information and showed us highlights we had not experienced before. Antonello is our all time favorite guide. Our final stop was Livorno where we visited Florence and Pisa with our driver Arton. Early on we had a good laugh when I asked where he was from and he gave a geography test about being from a small country north of Greece. I said Albania and he was surprised. Then he was really shocked when I told him I had been to Albania four times. In addition to the normal sights, we wanted to visit the luxury outlet mall because we love to shop and drivers with other companies always told us in past visits we did not have time. Arton accommodated us. My wife and I have been to Italy on numerous occasions and used several personal drivers. Wonderful Mario took us to a little village which had been home to our ancestors; no small feat since the direct route had been destroyed by an earthquake 15 years earlier but the maps had not been changed. Driving through the town, he attracted the attention of a couple of villagers. We explained our interest in the area as he interpreted. Soon many townsfolk had gathered around and excitedly arranged for us to go to the home of someone with the same last name. Mario drove us there, where again he told our story and joined with us as we delighted in finding family. We asked to stop for lunch somewhere authentic on our return trip and we were taken to a small restaurant on the dock with the freshest fish we have ever eaten. We were treated to pasta, fresh vegetables and fruit. The courses just kept rolling. The whole day was the highlight of our trip. None of it would have been possible without Mario. We recently returned from Italy and wanted to share our experience. From our initial booking to our actual excursion the service we received was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this company. In fact, I have telling everyone I know about the personalized service we received. Especially from Josephine, from booking our car to recommending restaurants, Josephine provided wonderful service and advice. This is one of the best car service companies I have used. Our drivers, Giovanni and Reno were friendly, knowledgeable, well mannered, well dressed and we felt safe, making the whole experience so relaxing and the only way to travel from place to place. The vehicles are immaculate and new and the prices were reasonable. If my family and I ever have the pleasure to travel to Italy again, I would absolutely book my excursions through Italy Limousine.

Dear Josephine, Italy car service was very good! I'd be happy to recommend you. We were met on arrival as promised. Smartly dressed and very nice driver, Mario, (and suitable modern taxi). What was particularly good was that when we arrived at our destination the landlord from whom we were renting the property had been delayed and so wasn't there to meet us. Rather than just leaving us (myself, wife and three young children) outside the property by ourselves and in a strange city, Mario waited with us until the landlord arrived; that was a very nice thing to do. Josephine, I want to take a moment to thank you for all your help with our transportation needs in Italy. antonio was very professional, courteous, well groomed, and most importantly punctual. Such a nice pleasant young man. It was so nice to get picked up at the FCO airport in Rome and not have to worry about anything after a day of flight travel. However, we did not realize or know about the summer traffic entering Sorrento which made it a very long ride. Then the day to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello were wonderful. No worries about directions and parking with antonio i. Not to mention I did not worry about antonio i driving off of a cliff. Please tell him thank you for us. We are home now and want to thank you for the good service we received from your company. We had beautiful weather for both our tours. Mario was a very safe driver for the Amalfi Coast trip. He took us to a nice place for lunch with wonderful food and a a nice family atmosphere. Great value too. We had Carlo in Rome for our transfer, Ostia Antica and the Rome/Vatican day. have no hesitation in recommending Josephine’s company to you. We were introduced to them by a friend some 9 years ago and have used them every time we have returned to Sorrento which has been at least once a year since then. We use their services both for airport transfers and tours. There are normally 4 of us but I have organised family trips of up to 8 people and each time Josephine has supplied the correct type of vehicle for the purpose. The vehicles are always comfortable, exceptionally clean inside and out and obviously well maintained. The drivers are always smart, pleasant and courteous with a very good knowledge of the area and are always able to make the trip interesting. I have recommended them to other friends and they have always reported back of their satisfaction with the service. We just returned from Italy yesterday and I felt compelled to share our experiences and highly recommend this company. This is one of the best car service companies I have ever used in any country. Josephine is very responsive and wonderful in handling the bookings. The vehicles are immaculate and new. The drivers are well mannered, impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable. And they are safe drivers, making the whole experience so relaxing and the only way to travel from place to place. Our driver Mario drove us to Sorrento from Rome and then back a few days later; he was wonderful and we felt like we had known him for years! And on top of it, the prices were extremely reasonable. Rest assured that if you book your ride or tour through this company that you will not have to worry about anything but enjoying your vacation!

In response to your request for information regarding "Italy" tours with Josephine. I am happy to report that not only is Josephine a wonderful person to do business with her staff are also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We started using Josphine's company 3 years ago for our group cruise to "Europe" sailing out of Barcelona, Spain. She organized transportation for us in Rome, Naples, as well as Pisa, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. She also arranged the transportation for our stop in Monaco, Monte Carlo through another company that she does business with. That also was a great experience for our group. Josephine also arranged for our group to have private English speaking guides at each of our tour stops. (the guides were extremely professional and knowledgeable as well). We are travelling back to Italy "Venice" for a group cruise in May and she will be arranging for our group to have a sightseeing tour of Venice as well as arrange transportation to and from the cruise ship to the hotels and airports for about 60-70 of our cruise passengers after the cruise. In conclusion i would highly reccomend Josephine as well as her company to anyone who truly wants to experience Italy and wants to be taken care of. I hope that this answers your questions. Josephine, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your service. We had two incredible excursions with your company. Our first to Pompeii, Sorento and the Amalfi coast and the other to Rome. Nello was our driver for the first excursion and he was absolutely terrific. He was very knowledgeable with our destinations, he explained things well, and was an excellent driver. I was worried that some of my family might get motion sickness on the Amalfi coast portion of the trip but, Nello was very conscientious about that and we had no problems. The six in our group were all comfortable in the Mercedes Van and we have some tall people in our group too. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of our driver in Rome, I want to say Andicello, but, I don't think that is correct. He was extremely familiar with all of the Rome sights and gave us a lot of insights. We saw everything and more in the time that we had and he was incredible. It was great to be dropped off so close to the sights and just meet up with him when we were done. We didn't feel like herded cattle like some of the bus tours that I heard about on our cruise. We did a couple of excursions with our Cruise ship. While we enjoyed them, however, we would have much preferred going with you. There was really no comparison. If there is a website where you would like me to post my comments, I would be glad to do so. Please use this email for any positive use that you want. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I come in contact with. Be sure to thank our drivers. This trip was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Dear Josephine and Rino, Thanks so much for a wonderful experience with your driver and guide Gianluca. Our party of five was comfortable in the van for the journey to San Rufo from the port of Naples. With Gianluca's help we found the small village where my great-grandmother came from in 1895. He translated for us with the locals who shared our relatives surname and asked the local priest to try and look up some birth records after visiting the church. We found a great agriturismo restaurant called Erbanito nearby for an authentic local Sunday afternoon meal which was fantastic! Hi Josephine, We couldn't wait to get back home and send you a review of our day with Gianluca. What a delight! He arrived on time and was extremely professional and informative. We had a range of ages with us...from my 3 daughters, one in college, and the other two working...to my husband and myself, and my mother-in-law. Gianluca was attentive to each and every member of our group and was able to accommodate all of our requests. We mentioned that our youngest is studying Italian in college and to our delight, he encouraged her to speak Italian the entire day. We toured the beautiful towns of Sorrento and Positano, the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, and then had a great lunch on the beach in Amalfi. Gianluca was right in avoiding the Pompeii crowds in the morning, but he set up a wonderful tour guide in Pompeii for the afternoon. That gentleman wrote history books and teaches at Oxford, so our time in Pompeii was superb and unforgettable! Before we left Spain I gave your card and information to at least two other families who were going on the same cruise. We are coming back to Italy in the fall, and will most definitely book some tours in Rome and Florence! I consider us fortunate that I came across your website and decided to read the reviews. I would highly recommend your service to anyone who inquires. And I don't want to forget to mention that the van driven by Gianluca was top quality, roomy enough for six, with great air-conditioning...a definite must during the hot days of summer!
