My wife and I had a wonderful time in Italy due in a large part to the exceptional service we received from Rino and Justina at Italy Limousine. They made us feel comfortable from the time we began planning our trip throughout our stay in Italy. Their suggestions on where to stay, where (and what) to eat and what to see were outstanding and very much appreciated. Our days touring with Rino through the Amalfi Coast are something we will never forget. Everyone traveling to Italy should experience Italy with someone who is from the country and there is no one better to do that with than Rino and Justina. Dear Josephine, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the service we received from ItalyLimousine. This was the first time I had used a service like this, but I wanted to arrange something special to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Josephine couldn't have been more helpful and her local knowledge took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch in Ravello. We would never have known about it without her and certainly never have got there without Bruno our driver. He was courteous, helpful, professional and a wonderful driver. His English was perfect too and he went out of his way to give us a wonderful day. I visit Italy annually and our trip this May was the first time I have used ItalyLimousine. Starting with e-mail contact with Josephine to several airport and city transfers with Reno as our driver to a Amalfi coast tour with Fabio, this company is one of the most professional car service companies I have ever dealt with anywhere in the world. We had such a wonderful time on our trip to Italy and I want to thank you for such great service. All your drivers were excellent, always on time and good drivers. It made our trip so enjoyable knowing we could rely on them to be there. We had some extra excitement with the bomb being found in Naples the morning we were returning to Rome. Reno was great though, he got us through the traffic jams and on our way without any major problem. I can't speak highly enough about your superb company, your exceptional personal service made us feel more like friends of the family than visitors. From my first contact with you via email, you went out of your way to make our trip incredibly special and hassle free. This was especially important because we were not just visiting the area, we were actually getting married there! What started as plans for a simple airport transfer from Naples to Positano turned into a complete week and wedding day with Rino and Raphael. As Josephine had just gotten married herself, she was a vital asset with her prompt, informative emails. She even gave me a beautiful wedding bouquet (a traditional antique Italian bouquet that she had chosen for her own wedding) for my big day! And Rino, you were fantastic! From our first contact with Josephine,(through e-mails) and finally getting to meet her, to being dropped off at the airport in Rome by Johnny, our time with Italy Limousine was wonderful. We were only going to use this service from the train to our hotel in Napoli and Nilo made such an impression on us when he picked us up we deceided to do more. Rino was more like a friend then our tour guide. He took on us on a beautiful journey through Sorrento. Then took us from Napoli to Roma two days later and spent two days with us. Our personnal tour guide, also named Johnnie, for the Vatican was amazing.

04/30/2005 Dear Josephine and Rino, Needless to say we had a wonderful time in Italy made even more special by both of you. Josephine you were great in helping sort out our agenda. Rino, what was to be 2 days with you turned out to be 5 and that enabled us to see more of Italy in the 10 days we were there than anyone can believe. From Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Rome, Tuscany region, Florence and Venice. Of course lets not forget the memorable trip to Lacedonia and Aquilonia. We are definetely coming back next spring if not sooner. Mary just gave your name to a friend of hers who is traveling to Italy in August. Josephine was superb in making sure our travel arrangements were in order and following up with us. Rino was great as our driver from Rome to Sorrento, then to Positano, and a day trip to Amalfi and Ravello and then back to Rome through Pompeii. Rino knows his stuff. We like Italy and will be back and will be using Italy Limousine again.

We used Italy Limousine's services on September 25th to tour the Amalfi coast. It was one of the highlights of our two-week cruise. Our driver was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Besides the expert navigation of those tricky coastal curves, Rino, our driver, was well-versed in the coast's history and gave us great tips on where to dine and visit. We just came back from two weeks in Positano it was great. Our plane landed in Naples 1 hour and a half late and we were concerned our limo ride to Positano would not be there. We were relieved when we saw Rino our driver standing there with a sign with our name on it. Our trip started on the right foot. I can not say enough about ItalyLimousine service. Josephine who made doing business so easy. She arranged the transfers to and from the airport and the excursion along the Amalfia coast. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and made suggestions on what to do in the area. Rino our driver made us feel right at home with his great personality and knowledge of the area. He expalined and pointed out things we would not have known on our own. We look forward to our next trip to italy and dealing with Josephine, Rino and ItalyLimousine Service.

My friends and I just returned from a cruise which ended in Rome. I had prearranged with Italy Limousine to be met at the port and taken for an 8-hour highlights tour of Rome, then to be returned to the airport the following morning. Our reservations were confirmed & arranged by Josephine. We were met by Rino who was an absolute delightful driver/guide. He was patient and willing to take us wherever we wanted. Our day in Rome was wonderful, full of laughter & fun. The van was clean and spacious. We ended our day having dinner in a quiet restaurant with our new friend Rino. I look forward to my next visit to Rome and hope to travel along the coast to Sorrento, Pompeii. etc. I will certainly be using Italy Limousine and recommending them to my friends. My sister and I just returned from our terrific two week trip to Italy. Part of the reason our trip was so great was due to the excellent service from Italy Limousine. Making all the arrangements for our various car trips before we arrived in Italy was made especially easy due to Josephine's quick response to questions and suggested itineraries. But, her customer service didn't stop there -- my sister and I arranged for some additional trips after we arrived in Italy, and Josephine was always there supplying just what we needed. And, the drivers were wonderful! All three of the guys who drove us to our various destinations went above and beyond the call of duty. They all were exceptionally courteous, interestingly educational, and just really nice people. We liked them all immensely and were impressed with their professionalism. All in all, we had a really good experience with Italy Limousine, and plan to tell everyone we know how great this company is!

We just got home from our trip to Italy and cannot say enough good things about Italy Limousine! All of drivers were very professional and personable. This company is all class. I used their services twice during my honeymoon and my wife and I were truly impressed. We had Raphael give is a tour of the Amalfi coast and had Jonnie show us around Rome. Both individuals were extremely professional, knowledgable, and accomidating.
