Transfer this week went smooth and the driver was ontime to meet us at the Rome airport, i have to make a note and thank their office for not charching us the 2 hours wait as with the new fingerprint we took a little longer than expected, that was very appreciated on our end so we tipped our driver for him waiting for us all that time .Thankyou italy limousine and our communications with Veronica was easy and fast. Easy ride to our hotel in Sorrento yesterday driver Pasquale was waiting as indicated on the booking voucher at platform 24 naples station. Looking for a professional and punctual transfer these are the people to connect with or as we did book directly online.

We had Angelo drive us from Rome airport to Amalfi coast. He was punctual and a safe driver. We had a very comfortable ride and he was very helpful in coordinating with our location. Van was clean and comfortable.

If I could, I would give Italy Limousine and Rino 10 out of 5 stars. The whole experience from booking to saying "arrivederci" was so easy and smooth.Josephine helped us book and was extremely accommodating with our changes and answering questions. Our driver, Rino, was an excellent driver as well as conversationalist. He told us about different areas on the drive, and he was keen to hear about our trip. He was extremely helpful with instructions when we got to the Naples train station, and he was so personable. I felt like I was being dropped off by an old friend. I think my best review of him is that I didn't get car sick (ha!), which is something that I suffer from on most windy car trips! As soon as I got home, I recommended the company and Rino to my friends and family. Truly such a wonderful experience!

Being able to text via WhatsApp was fantastic. Having someone to communicate with was extremely beneficial while in another country. Justina and her team moved heaven and Earth to save my elderly father who was lost and confused, in Rome. After suffering a stroke, a few years back, my dad has his good and bad days. He is brave and adventurous, but sometimes he over does it and gets tired...and then the confusion sets in. I got that call from my Dad, lost in Rome and felt incredibly helpless all the way in Texas. I remembered I had a contact for Justina and she was able to find a driver to find my dad, make sure he was okay and get him to the safety of his hotel room. I cannot thank them enough for their care and concern; they truly went the extra mile. 5/5 stars for Justina and her team.

This is our third time using Italy Limousine service. We always appreciate their wonderful services for transportation from Naples to Positano and the return as well. This trip we had Rino as our driver, he was amazing! Rino was punctual, kind and professional, not to mention a great driver. We felt very safe on the adventurous Almafi coast. He was so patient waiting out a storm with us to make that we could make our arrival safely. We love Rino!!!!!

We used Italy Limousine for transfers from Rome to Sorrento and Sorrento to Naples. The drivers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely book them again when I visit the Amalfi Coast. Josephine handled the bookings and she was wonderful to work with. The communication was excellent.
