We thought we would drop you a line telling everyone what a great driver we had in Enrico. He was terrific. We met him at 9:00AM as we said we would. The meeting was very easy something we were concerned about not knowing how it would work on the pier where the ship was docked. It was quite easy and very simple. Enrico was there with a sign. We introduced ourselves and off we went. Our driver was very knowledgeable about both Florence and Pisa. We got some great pictures, had lunch in a restaurant Enrico was familiar with. Had a great meal at a reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The car was terrific, Very clean and well maintained. Our entire day was outstanding. Thanks to everyone who made our first day in Italy wonderful.... and a big THANK YOU TO ENRICO. We will look forward to tomorrow. Another great adventure in one of the worlds most famous cities...Rome. PLEASE INFORM THE DRIVER WE WILL BE THERE AT 9:00 AM.... for some reason the paper work says we will be there at 8:00 and that is not the case.... 9:00AM is correct. Thanks Again, CIAO..... Hi Josephine The day trip was excellent and it was so easy to organize all with you thank you A little about the day with your driver that you organized for my family Started perfectly in the morning Luca was there even before we got off. He was there on time holding a sign, during the drive to positano Luca is from the area being born in Naples he gave all the family a lot of information We learnt a lot from him about the region, places, food and culture..and much more , more than I had expected for a car driver service During the day He drove us to Positano, taking care to stop at great locations for photos and somewhere to eat made sure we did not miss out on anything He then drove us to Pompei and back to Napoli. In Napoli and a mini drive through Naples then back to the cruise ship. We did this and really enjoyed the brief experience of Napoli itself. It was a great suggestion to make as we had 30 minutes before boarding the ship Luca was kind and gentle excellent with the kids the the vehicle was great too brand new Mercedes every penny spent was spent well we got what was promised and more Thank you for arranging this great day trip for us. Thank you for all your help in setting up the 3 port tours! Our drivers, Luca, Alex, and Marco were all very professional and knowledgeable with all the attractions we were interested in. They were all patient with my active 4 year old son too :) Thank you also for arranging last minute for our guide in Rome! We would not have enjoyed it as much without Claudia's guidance. Hi Josephine, Thanks so much for your follow-up email. Overall, we were very satisfied with our 3 tours - we were able to see so much! All 3 drivers were very kind and excellent on the tricky roads. Paolo our tour guide at Pompeii was magnificent - we truly appreciated how he shared his knowledge with us and brought the history of Pompeii to life! Our driver in Rome was also highly professional and provided lots information; he was also very thoughtful and flexible regarding our schedule which we greatly appreciated. Our driver in Naples did a fabulous job of safely driving us along the Amalfi coast which was very scary for us but we knew we were in good hands. Finally, our driver in Livornio was also very flexible and brought us to a fabulous vineyard which we greatly enjoyed visiting and lunching at. The service was terrific and we will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends in the future. Thank you very much for everything - it was a most memorable vacation! Sylvie

Antonio was great. We were at the end of cruise and my husband and I wanted a tour that was slower paced that initially planned. Antonio really understood that and our day was paced perfectly. Josephine, good morning Naples driver was awesome, he done such a great job getting us from place to place giving us history on the area and was so kind and a very safe driver, my family enjoyed Rome, what can I say the driver was phenomenal he was so kind, took pictures of our family together told us lots of history he made sure we got to see everything important, helped us get a local lunch, gave us his phone number just in case we needed him he made sure we had tickets to skip lines all I can say about him is mama Mia my family loved him Raliegh

Hi Josephine- Everything was perfect! Without Marco, our trip would not have been the same. The relatives we were visiting did not speak any English so having Marco there was a translator was priceless. If he had not been there and been so helpful, we would not have been able to communicate and enjoy the day as much as we did. Ciao Josephine - we have just returned from our wonderful European vacation. My family and I would like to express a BIG THANK YOU for the 4 marvelous shore excursions you arranged for us. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mary again in Messina. She was our tour guide in 2013 when we cruised on the Carnival Sunshine. We enjoyed the visit to Mt. Etna, Gambino winery of shopping in Taormina. She was so very sweet to give our family a tray of Italian cookies which were divine. I have to say Capri was probably our favorite excursion. Sergio was so helpful with making sure we made the most out of our short time on the island from securing immediate tickets for the Blue Grotto to hiring a private bus to take us to the chairlift. The views from the top of Anacapri above the clouds will be one we will never forget. I cannot imagine having done everything we did if we didn't have Sergio. Well done. Rome was another excellent tour. Alex is truly a gifted tour guide. I am so glad he ended up giving us a private tour inside the Vatican. We learned so much from him and glad we were able to do the Sistine Chapel and still see a lot of the sites in Rome. Driving in Italy is truly crazy. Your drivers are the best! The 2 tours you arranged for us in Livorno were great. Fabrizio was very efficient at getting us around Florence. My sister who went on the Tuscany tour said the wine she had on the tour was probably the best she had in her life. It was expensive wine but she said so worth it so she ordered a few bottles to be shipped home. Thank you for arranging this winery. All in all, we had a grand time in Italy. Thank you very much for all your help in coordinating all the excursions. Thank you for your patience with my many questions during the planning process. I will post a review on TripAdvisor too. We are already planning for the next Carnival cruise set to debut in 2018. You will definitely hear from us again. All the best, Giana

Josephine, I just wanted to tell you that Eduardo, the guide, in Amalfi was just wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much for him. Then a few days later we had Alex in Rome. He was just at wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. Those are two great people that you have working for you. Please take the time to tell them that we emailed you to let you know what a wonderful time they showed us. We appreciate them and you for everything you both did to make our trip AWESOME !!!! Dear Rino, I would like to say a very big thank you to your company for the excellent service we received during our recent visit to Sorrento. The transfers from the Naples train station to our hotel and return to the airport were very good and extremely comfortable. What really made our holiday was the wonderful day out that we had along the Amalfi coast, despite the bad weather at the start of the day. Our driver, Antonio, was excellent. Such a pleasant and helpful young man, who provided us with lots of information and took us to all the wonderful sights. Despite the very heavy rain in Positano, which we laughed about afterwards, we had a fantastic time. The restaurant that he recommended for lunch in Ravello was very good and had lovely views and our visit to Villa Cimbrone is something we will never forget. Antonio was an extremely good driver on a road that is very challenging and busy. He was very patient and courteous and he certainly made our day very memorable. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone else visiting the area and if we are fortunate to visit Sorrento again, then we would definitely use your services again. Dear Italy limousine We used its services last February for visiting Montalcino. Our driver Luigi was welcoming, professional and communicated with us on regular basis. He also provided great recommendations on tourist spots, visited best vineyards, best places to eat and heard best classic music in the car. Very professional and highly recommended! The day started with a prompt pickup of myself and my family to spend the day for a Chianti Tuscany region tour. Luigi had the whole day planned which included a wine tasting at a vineyard and we were not disappointed. Along the way, his knowledge of the surrounding countryside was incredible and refreshing. Seldom do I write reviews but this time I had to because the service rendered was excellent! Rino was a gave us a great tour, knew where the best spots were to take pictures, recommended great restaurants and sites for us to see and was truly a great host. We stayed in Positano and he took us to all the Amalfi coast one day and another day he took us to Pompeii and Naples. My sister Karen recommended Italy Limousine and still raves about it to friends as well. Other friends took this service as well and as we compared notes we can say, hands down, that is was a wise decision on our end as it made our trip more hassle-free.
