My family and I visited Florence on a cruise excursion. Claudio met us at the port on time, and made us feel very welcome as we proceeded to our first destination. He was very knowledgeable on the area and made sure we hit all of the different sites in the short time we had. He gave us time in Pisa, to explore the city of Florence, and made sure we had enough time to relax and enjoy a wine tasting in the Tuscany countryside. He was always pleasant, gave us personal attention, and answered our endless questions. On this busy day, Claudio even found an extra few minutes to let us get yet another scoop of gelato. We would highly recommend driver, Claudio and this excursion!

the best Services! my husband and I and our three children visited Florence and the Tuscan area of Pisa we used italy limousine and had two great tour guides Luigi and Maria for the accademia they were impeccable professional and yet very friendly and easy to talk to . Luigi met us at the port ontime comfortable Mercedes van especially for my children the two boys are quite tall. So a great day wanted to thank you see you hopefully again

We thought we would drop you a line telling everyone what a great driver we had in Enrico. He was terrific. We met him at 9:00AM as we said we would. The meeting was very easy something we were concerned about not knowing how it would work on the pier where the ship was docked. It was quite easy and very simple. Enrico was there with a sign. We introduced ourselves and off we went. Our driver was very knowledgeable about both Florence and Pisa. We got some great pictures, had lunch in a restaurant Enrico was familiar with. Had a great meal at a reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The car was terrific, Very clean and well maintained. Our entire day was outstanding. Thanks to everyone who made our first day in Italy wonderful.... and a big THANK YOU TO ENRICO. We will look forward to tomorrow. Another great adventure in one of the worlds most famous cities...Rome. PLEASE INFORM THE DRIVER WE WILL BE THERE AT 9:00 AM.... for some reason the paper work says we will be there at 8:00 and that is not the case.... 9:00AM is correct. Thanks Again, CIAO..... 18th of August 2015 - 20th of August 2015 Our trip was really amazing, we were 7 people went on a cruise in Spain Italy and France, we took a great offer for 3 different cities in 3 days in Italy (Napoly, Rome and Florence) with Italy limousine, while cruising you have a fixed hours in each distination and if you don't plan for your trip in a smart way you will lose alot of time without seeing much in each city so here is the trick, in each city a very well trained driver came to pick us up from the port and took us in a tour in the most beautiful attractions and bring us back to the port on the exact time, the three drivers were a good guides and very flexible, in this way we didn't lose our time in transportation and searching for the main attractions on the other hand we spent the whole time exploring and enjoying the beautiful cities Thank you Italy Limousine you made our trip it was really amazing and unforgettable one

We recently took a cruise around Italy and instead of going through the cruise line for excursions, we researched and found Italy Limousine,and had the most amazing experience. The cruise excursion prices were twice the price for group tours as we received for a private tour of Amalfi Coast and Florence. At each port our driver greeted us and were able to set an amazing experienced customized to what we wanted…truly amazing. Both drivers were friendly, spoke perfect English and extremely knowledgeable about their areas.Giovani was fabulous with organizing our time on the Amalfi Coast and then took us to Pompeii.Artan was our guide in Florence and his knowledge about the area and the art was incredible. He also brought us to a fabulous Tuscan Winery, Tenuta Torciano where we had the most truly authentic wine tasting experience…their wine was fabulous.Josephine coordinated all of our excursions and was extremely helpful. What an amazing experience thank you when planning our cruise we where not sure what to expect from a private excursion as we have always booked directly with the cruise ship, but this year we made a wise choice, all four tours where well organized and we had 4 very different drivers yet all well informed and fun to be with, Rome, Naples and Livorno and Cannes, I thank you Josephine personally from all my family for making this part of our vacation trouble free, we will recommend your company to all our family & friends also please have a look at cruise critic I have left a detailed review all the best for the future Randy

We chose Italy Limousine because not only were they competitively priced but they were able to handle all the cities we were traveling to in Italy. Josephine was most helpful in suggesting itineraries, where we would need state guides, and booking. We both stayed in Rome plus had stops on our cruise. Our drivers were always on time and enjoyable to be with. Alessandro in Florence had made us a reservation to see Michelangelo's David which we otherwise could not have seen. Last but not least we cannot say enough for Rino Romano who was with us in Rome and in Naples. He was so much fun we enjoyed every minute with him. We highly recommend Italy Limousine. Dear Josephine, Many thanks for the excellent services that your company provides. As you know, we booked your services in both Naples and Livorno. In both cases the Drivers (Rino and Michael) were great. Our group, 4 adults, were very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers as well as their flexibility. We were on a cruise ship (The Carnival Liberty) and in both locations driver and car were right on time and easy to find. They were dockside at the appointed time. Both trips were comfortable, well driven and with drivers with whom we became very comfortable. Good English and well dressed, generally very nice to spend time with.
